Our SPSO Conference is aimed at staff and representatives involved in complaint handling for public sector organisations in Scotland. We are already busy planning our next conference for 2027, and we will be building in the valuable feedback we received from delegates at our most recent conference at the EICC in 2025 to help shape our agenda.
