Friday 16 October - Sunday 18 October: Complaint form offline

The supplier of our case management system has confirmed that they are experiencing a significant technical issue.

At present, we have no access to the case management system and we are currently unable to take new Public Service Complaints or provide updates on cases. We are planning on the basis that this could continue for a period of time including next week.

Please be assured we are doing all we can and will provide updates on our website.

Policy work

Consultations and inquiries

The wide range of subjects that we investigate across many different sectors provides a unique perspective on the delivery of public services in Scotland. One of the ways in which we seek to share the learning from the investigations is through our responses to inquiries and consultations undertaken by the Parliament and Government.

Working with others to improve public sector

We are committed to contributing to public sector improvement and this includes supporting the work of other organisations whose statutory functions mean they have a key role in promoting improvement, undertaking scrutiny and reducing risk to vulnerable people.
