The supplier of our case management system has confirmed that they are experiencing a significant technical issue.
At present, we have no access to the case management system and we are currently unable to take new Public Service Complaints or provide updates on cases. We are planning on the basis that this could continue for a period of time including next week.

From July 2020 the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman is also the Independent National Whistleblowing Officer (INWO).
The INWO has developed a set of National Whistleblowing Standards that set out the high level principles and a detailed procedure for investigating concerns. These Standards are now being shared for information and to help prepare NHS organisations for implementation in advance of July 2020.
