The supplier of our case management system has confirmed that they are experiencing a significant technical issue.

At present, we have no access to the case management system and we are currently unable to take new Public Service Complaints or provide updates on cases. We are planning on the basis that this could continue for a period of time including next week.

Please be assured we are doing all we can and will provide updates on our website.

This invitation to tender is now closed.

The Ombudsman is inviting tenders for the provision of cleaning services for the office spaces occupied by The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO), The Scottish Commissioner for Human Rights (SHRC), the Children and Young People's Commissioner Scotland (CYPCS) and Scottish Biometrics Commission (SBC) in Bridgeside House, 99 McDonald Road, Edinburgh, EH7 4NS.

The closing time and date for tender responses is 17:00, Friday 04 November 2022. Any response received after that date will not be considered further.
